Administrative Assistant (Holland office)

Plugin Media Group creates and maintains online platforms and unique social networks, bringing quality products to the most fun niches in the world. We design and develop our own products, both for internet browsers and mobile apps. Everything from concept creation to advertising is done in-house by a highly-qualified and motivated team of experts.

We are looking to add a purpose driven, multi-tasking, worldly, fun, and tech savvy Administrative Assistant in our office from Holland. This role includes providing administrative support for the overall, day-to-day office functions, special projects and ensuring that all office functions run smoothly.

Tasks:

• Secretarial duties like schedule meetings, follow-up on messages, write, centralize, copy, scan, and archive documents.
• Receive/send local/international correspondence
• Maintain the liaison with the contractors and office building staff
• Manage the stationery and protocol products (ordering and internal distribution)
• Translating documents from Deutch to English on small occasions
• Mediate between the manager and service providers
• Offer support with the recruitment process (e-mails, phone calls, other appointments)
• Help organize small office events, out-of-the office team buildings
• Provide administrative support in the day-to-day activities (for the manager, colleagues)
• Liaise with colleagues and between departments
• Occasional online research on diverse matters

Requirements:

• 1-2 years similar experience
• Organizational skills
• Communication and social skills
• Analysing capacity and flexibility
• PC skills
• Bachelor’s degree.
